Ladies and gentlemen, it's now just after 10:00 a.m. and I declare that a quorum is present, and I open the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Westpac Banking Corporation. My name is Lindsay Maxsted, and I'm the Chairman of Westpac. I extend a warm welcome to everyone here today, and thank you for taking the time to attend. I also welcome those on the webcast.

I would like to acknowledge the traditional owners of the land on which we meet today, the Gadigal people of the Eora nation, and pay my respects to their elders, past, present and emerging. Under Westpac's constitution, a quorum is 50 shareholders present in person or by proxy or by representative, holding between them at least 50,000 shares, and I declare that a quorum is present.

Today, I'm joined on stage by our acting Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Peter King; and Group Executive, Legal and Secretary -- and Company Secretary, Rebecca Lim, and of course, all of your directors.
