Okay. Good afternoon, everyone. Thanks for being here. This is the Watsco presentation. Ryan Merkel here from William Blair's research department. Before we begin, I need to remind you that a complete list of disclosures is available on our website.

With us today is Barry Logan, Senior Vice President. Barry has been with the company for 27 years, and this is going to be his third conference this week, so they're keeping him busy. Watsco, as many of you know, is a leading HVAC distributor. We also sell parts and supplies and a little refrigeration. The company has had a tremendous track record, buy-and-build strategy, over 20% total shareholder return over 20 years. I expect that to continue.
