All right. Good afternoon, everyone. I'm Dave Manthey. I'm the senior industrial distribution and building products distribution analyst for Baird.

Great to have Barry Logan from Watsco with us today. I've been telling people the reason that I have a number of distributors here at this conference, this consumer conference, in particular, is because of Barry. Watsco's been to our industrial conference for, I don't know, a quarter century or something. And Barry mentioned to me, he's like, "We're actually a consumer-focused company, so maybe we should come here." And so here we are. I hope it works out for all of you as well. For those of you that aren't that familiar with Watsco. Watsco is the leading distributor of air-conditioning, heating and refrigeration equipment and related parts and supplies in the U.S. Also operating in various international markets as well.
