Good morning, and welcome to the 2022 Annual Shareholders Meeting of Mannatech, Inc. I am Al Bala, CEO and President of Mannatech. As uncertainties remains relating to the scope of the novel coronavirus and the multiple new variants of the virus that cause COVID-19, we reason it to be a best interest of our employees and shareholders' health to hold our 2022 Annual Shareholders Meeting as a virtual-only meeting.
We're excited to be hosting our virtual meeting, which in addition to promoting social distancing and allowing us to be more inclusive and reach a greater number of our shareholders.
