Good morning, and welcome to the 2020 Annual Shareholders Meeting of Mannatech, Incorporated. I am Al Bala, CEO and President of Mannatech. Due to the social distancing restrictions in place meant to curb the spread of COVID-19, we reasoned it to be in the best interest of our employees' and shareholders' health to hold our 2020 Annual Shareholders Meeting as a virtual-only meeting. We're excited to be hosting our virtual meeting, which in addition to promoting social distancing, also allows us to be more inclusive and reach a greater number of our shareholders.
We have shareholders attending via the web portal and the 800 number that we have provided. You will find the rules of conduct and procedures for today's meeting posted to the web portal. As is our custom, we will conduct the business portion of our meeting first and answer questions at the end of the meeting
