Bonjour. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen and welcome to the Gildan Activewear Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders. My name is Donald Berg, and I am the Chair of the Board. I'm joined today by Maryse Bertrand, our Chair of the Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility Committee, Glenn Chamandy, our President and Chief Executive Officer; Rhod Harries, our Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer; and Michelle Taylor, our Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
