Anyways, as I said before, the theme of our conference is back to basics. There's 3 takeaways in our back to basic strategy. One, is to simplify our product offering and drive organic growth; two, is to reduce our manufacturing costs and improve our gross margins; and three, is reduce our complexity and lower our SG&A. And flip.
There's been 4 phases to the historical growth of the company. Phase 1 was really when we initiated Gildan in the Printwear market, and we grew organically in the United States from 1999 to 2009. In this phase, we had RONA that was in excess of 25% -- north of 25%, and we had SG&A that was south of 12%. So we are very profitable and grew our sales organically.
