Yes. Thank you, Roland. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Another financial year of DBAG is now history, and it's my great pleasure to present our figures of the last financial year to you and to give you an overview on our forecast for the years to come.

I'll start with Slide #5. Financial year 2021 was a very special one for DBAG from many perspectives. The net asset value of the group's Private Equity Investments segment increased by EUR 257 million to EUR 679 million. Taking into account distributed dividends of EUR 12 million and the capital increase, this represents a 40%
