Good morning, everybody, also for my side. It's my pleasure to present the quarterly statement as at 30 June, 2020, to you. I would like to start my presentation on an upbeat note. We initiated the investment phase of DBAG Fund VIII on the 1st of August. The M&A market has been revised at least for transactions involving companies whose business model is not fundamentally affected by the pandemic. Our investment team is now working on several promising investments, and we want to secure our financial capacity to act in this situation. Fund VIII will lead to rising management fee income, thereby increasing the basis for net income from Fund Investment
