Good morning, everybody, and welcome to day 2 of our conference. Again, thank you very much for attending. I have to say yesterday's discussions, including reception, but individual meetings, but also in the big conference room were very insightful for me, for all the participants I've spoken to. When you have special feedback, obviously, please return that to us. We always want to get better.

Now in terms of getting better every day, I'm really appreciating and highly welcome Venkat, CEO from Barclays. Why do I say that, Venkat, because if I look at Deutsche Bank and how we can get better and how we can develop, I know my people are already getting bored of saying, look what Barclays is doing.
