Thank you everyone for attending this session with Barclays. I'm delighted to introduce Anna Cross, our Group CFO, to this session. We will have the usual format with 5 slide questions. But before that, let's open with the polling question. What do you think is needed to close the gap between the trading multiple and the RoTE? Number one, demonstrates CIB can post over 10% RoTE even with weaker market activity; number two, allocate more capital to retail and payments business in U.S. and U.K.; number three, show resilient asset quality in cards despite the downturn; number four, post profits without sizable remediation charges; number five, prioritize share buybacks within shareholder remuneration.

Hopefully, that gives us a bit of discussion points and open us for debate. I suspect that, that might be the case, but there we are. We can start...
