(inaudible) progress. My name is Justin Roberts. I am VP of Corporate Finance and Treasurer. I have talked to, I'm sure, many of you either face-to-face or over the phone over the years.

I'm also joined today by my colleague, Brian Conn. He's managing director of our capital markets group. He has been with Greenbrier for about 13 years, and he has built our syndication model. And so he's integral to our leasing model, our leasing strategy, and is on the frontlines of what we are doing in the leasing business these days. And he's also a valuable person to talk to as we think about a rising interest rate environment.
