Welcome, everybody. If you could take your seats, we'll get going here reasonably on time. Something I'm known for, starting right on time. In the railroad business, on time is late, early is on time and late is not acceptable.

I especially look forward to this annual event. As you can see, it's the only time of the year that the CEO can look down on the Board of Directors. We have a little bit of elevation height on them.
