Good afternoon, and welcome to the 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders for El Pollo Loco Holdings, Inc. My name is Michael Maselli, and I am Chairman of the Board of the company as well as Chairman of this meeting.

The company's corporate secretary has indicated to me that notice of this meeting was properly given to shareholders beginning on April 24, 2019, based on a record date of April 11, 2019. And it's also my understanding that we have a quorum of shareholders either present or represented by proxy. Accordingly, I now call the meeting to order.
