Good morning, everybody. Welcome to Fastenal's 2023 Annual Meeting with the shareholders. My name is Scott Satterlee, I'm Chair of the Board. And first, I want to thank everybody for taking the time to brave the elements and join us here today. In keeping with tradition, the first thing that we're going to do before we get into the business portion of the meeting is I'd like to introduce Pastor Mark Dumke, retired pastor of Faith Lutheran Church to lead the invocation.
