Good morning, everybody. My name is Willard D. Oberton. I'd like to welcome you to the 2021 Annual Meeting of the Fastenal Company.

Like you, I am mindful of how the whole world has been visited with difficulty and uncertainty, upending the lives of people, communities and corporations around the globe. Some have adapted, some are just holding their own and some, like Fastenal, are thriving. Like you, I am grateful for the hopeful determined manner that drove the entire Blue Team to seek opportunities to flourish in such a challenging time.
