We will first conduct the formal part of the holders' meeting. Following the formal portion of the meeting, there will be an opportunity for you to ask questions. Our notice of annual meeting of stockholders and the accompanying proxy statement outlines the order of business for the meeting. The matters on which the stockholders at the meeting are voting are one, to elect 6 directors to serve until the next annual meeting or until their successors are elected and appointed.
