Thank you, operator, and good morning, everyone. I'm James Tu, Chairman and CEO, and it's my pleasure to welcome all of you to our annual meeting. I call to order the annual meeting of the stockholders of Energy Focus, Inc. We will first conduct the formal part of the shareholder meeting. Following the formal portion of the meeting, there will be an opportunity for you to ask questions.

Before moving to the business portion of the meeting, I would like to make a few introductions. With us on the call today are Directors, Jennifer Cheng, Geraldine McManus, Philip Politziner and Stephen Socolof. I would also like to add, Tod Nestor, our President, CFO and Secretary, is on the call.
