Good morning, everyone. My name is Ian Wilton, and I am the Chair of your company. As it is now past 10 a.m. Adelaide time, I'd like to welcome you to the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Elders Limited.

I'm advised by the Company Secretary that we have the required quorum for the meeting to proceed. I therefore declare the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Elders open. Welcome, and thank you for attending.

We meet today in person and online. I'd like to begin by acknowledging the Kaurna people, traditional custodians of the land on which we gather today and pay my respects to their elders past and present. I extend that respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples here today.

In the spirit of reconciliation, Elders Limited acknowledges the traditional custodians of the country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.

Before commencing the formal business of the meeting, I would like to introduce my fellow directors and our company secretary.
