Good morning, everyone. My name is Ian Wilton, and I am the Chair of your company. As it is now past 10 a.m. Adelaide time, I'd like to welcome you to the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Elders Limited.

I'm advised by the company secretary that we have the required quorum for the meeting to proceed. I therefore, declare the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Elders Limited open. Welcome, and thank you for attending.

I would like to begin by acknowledging the traditional custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
