Good morning. I'm Michael Tarnok, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dyadic International, Inc. and Chairman of today's meeting. On behalf of the company, I want to welcome you to our 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. And due to the ongoing pandemic, we're holding this meeting virtually in order to provide for the safety of the attendees and to comply with evolving government regulations regarding assembling.
