Thank you, operator. Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to Dyadic International's presentation. My name is Ping Rawson. It's my pleasure to talk with you about the Dyadic and our current business developments and initiative. As I'm preparing for this presentation, I cannot stop thinking about this picture I took last year when I was on the trip in New York City.

It was couple of weeks before Thanksgiving, and it was very early in the morning. And I walk in the street of -- in New York City, where has nobody, but just a few homeless people. This is right by -- outside of Macy's, where's there's a big contrast to the crowdedness that New York City often has.

So comparing to, you know, what I'm thinking of this presentation, it's supposed to be face to face in New York City under the craziness and overwhelm-ness we are facing today. I just want to be grateful that we
