Good afternoon, and welcome to the Charter Hall Group 2020 Half Year Results presentation, marking our 29th half year result as a listed A-REIT. I'm David Harrison, Managing Director and Group CEO of Charter Hall. Presenting with me today is Sean McMahon, our CIO; and Russell Proutt, our CFO.
