Good morning, and welcome to Curis' First Virtual Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I'm Jim Dentzer, President and CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Curis, and I will be presiding over this meeting.

In response to COVID-19 pandemic, we are conducting this annual meeting virtually to prioritize the health and safety of the company and stockholders during this difficult period. I call this meeting to order and welcome the Curis stockholders to the 2020 Virtual Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
