Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the Annual Meeting of the Shareholders of CI Financial Corp. for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022. I am David Miller, Lead Director of the Corporation, and I will be chairing the meeting today.

Given the virtual format of this meeting, we wish to provide shareholders with the same opportunity to vote and ask questions as they would have at an appointed proxy holders will have to participate, submit questions and vote. Instructions on how to ask questions and how to use the voting procedure will appear on your screens. Questions not related to the formal business of the meeting will be addressed following the termination of the meeting.

Given the virtual format of the meeting and in order for us to undertake a discussion on any matter proposed for a vote, we would encourage shareholders who have specific comments or questions on a formal item of business to make such written submissions now, clearly identifying the applicable item of formal business.
