Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the annual meeting of the shareholders of CI Financial Corp. for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2019. I am Tom Muir, the Lead Director of the Board, and I will be chairing the meeting today.

In light of the dangers associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, the corporation is holding this meeting solely as a virtual meeting, a first for CI Financial. We want to thank you for your patience as we navigate through this unprecedented situation. We wish to provide shareholders with the same opportunity to vote and ask questions at this virtual meeting as they would have at a physical meeting. Throughout this virtual meeting, shareholders will have the opportunity to participate, submit questions and vote.
