Hi, everyone. I hope you've been enjoying our conference so far this year. I'm Roxanna Islam, Senior Associate to Bruce Chan, who's currently hosting another panel right now.

We're joined here today by C.H. Robinson. We have CEO, Bob Biesterfeld; and CFO, Mike Zechmeister. So we've had them just about every year we've done this conference, and they've always been a really good session.
