Thanks for taking the time. I realize it's at the end of the day today. This is my first public presentation since taking over the role of CEO at C.H. Robinson 3 weeks ago. So excited to be here at the conference in New York, and on behalf of the 15,000 employees of C.H. Robinson, thank you very much for taking the time to join us this afternoon.

I'll briefly touch on our safe harbor statement, Slide 2 in the presentation today, issues, factors that could cause our actual results to differ from our expectations.

A little bit of background on C.H. Robinson. C.H. Robinson is a global third-party logistics company. Our roots trace back all the way to 1905 when Charles Henry Robinson started the company in the fresh produce business. So our expertise in transportation really stems back to that point in time, and we feel that it really gave us a head start on the industry when the industry was deregulated in 1980. So that's really enabled us to rapidly grow our Surface Transportation business.
