Awesome. Thanks very much, Rachel. Good morning, everyone, and welcome to Mader Group's first half FY24 results presentation. With me today is our Chief Financial Officer, Paul Hegarty.

We're both really pleased with the group's performance over the last six months as we continue to evolve into a global diversified services business. Delivering a half-year revenue -- record revenue, sorry, of $374.4 million, an increase of 34% versus the PCP is an exceptional result, delivering consistent growth over the half year with demand for our services remaining strong globally.

The ability to support a global customer base and provide the best technical services all comes down to a dedicated team, which now exceeds 3,000 employees
