(audio cut) results presentation With me today. I've got our CFO, Paul Hegarty; and our General Manager of Marketing and Investor Relations, Natasha Marti. We're really pleased with our performance this year to date. I think it speaks to the depth of the talent that we have across our entire team. And without them, we wouldn't be here today, diversifying globally, exceeding guidance and launching multiple organic startups in new markets.

I'll just begin by giving you a brief overview of who we are as a business before we jump into the financial results. We're a global provider of specialist technical services across multiple industries. Having started in 2005, with Luke made a conducting field service out of his vehicle in the Kimberley region of Western Australia, we now operate across the globe.
