As you may have gathered from the invitation, according to the provisions of the law on measures against COVID-19, this year's Annual General Meeting is being held as a virtual Annual General Meeting. Thank you for following the video and audio transmission of this Annual General Meeting. My name is Nikolaus von Bomhard, and I admit, I imagine my first presentation to you to be quite different. As the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, I will chair this meeting as stipulated in the Articles of Association.
