Thank you very much, and good afternoon. Dear shareholders, welcome to the Verizon's 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. This year's annual meeting is run in a virtual format in order to protect employees, shareholders and communities from the pandemic that is spreading across the globe and here in the United States. We have the distinguished members of the Verizon Board of Directors in attendance in this call. I now call this meeting to order.
