[Interpreted] Hello, ladies and gentlemen, shareholders, the general meeting -- Annual General Meeting is open. As published in the BALOs on the 6th of March and 1st of April 2020 and in the special journal of the company of 4th of April 2020, due to health circumstances within the framework prescribed by the order of 25th March 2020 adopting the rules of meetings, this meeting will be held in camera without the physical presence of the shareholders or other persons entitled to attend. It is broadcast live on the company's website.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of the Articles of Association, the Vice Chairman may chair the meeting. It is in this capacity that I chair this meeting. Jean-Pascal Tricoire, Chairman of the Board of Directors, takes part -- will be taking part in the videoconference. Next to me is Emmanuel Babeau, Deputy Managing Director in Charge of Finance and Legal Affairs; and Delphine Gieux, Secretary of the Board of Directors.
