Good morning. I'm Greg Garland, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Phillips 66. It's my pleasure to serve as your meeting host to moderate here today.

So as I look over the group here today, I see shareholders, I see retiree shareholders. It's good to see you again. Welcome back. I see some of our great employee shareholders. We have a lot of our great union employees from the East Coast to West Coast, the central region here today. Welcome. I'm glad that you're here with us, and we thank you for all that you do for our company to make it a great company and a great place to work.

As you walked in this morning, you should have gotten the agenda that's going to outline how we conduct the meeting today. First, we will present the proposals before the shareholders for a vote. We'll take a little vote. And then while the votes are being tabulated, we're going to give you an update on our company's performance in 2018 and some of the things that we're working on also in 2019.
