Good afternoon. My name is Roland Kelly, and I am the General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary of Velocity Financial. At this time, I'd like to call the meeting to order. I'll be chairing today's annual meeting of shareholders.

As a reminder, the polls are currently open for voting if any shareholder wishes to vote or desire to change a previous vote. I have an affidavit from Broadridge Financial Solutions confirming that notice of this annual meeting and proxy card were mailed to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 22, 2023. A copy of this affidavit and copies of the material mailed will be placed with the records of this meeting.

Christopher Oltmann, our Treasurer, has been appointed to serve as the Inspector of Elections for the meeting and has previously taken his oath as inspector of elections. The list of the company's shareholders of record on March 22, 2023 is currently available through the annual meeting web portal. This list
