Well, good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to this 2019 Annual Meeting of United States Cellular Corporation. I am LeRoy T. Carlson, Jr., Chairman of the company and also a Director, and I will be chairing this meeting.

At this time, I'll call the meeting to order. I'd like to thank everyone in person and on the webcam for participating in the meeting. It is now 8:30 a.m. and I call the meeting to order. I'd like to thank everyone present and on the webcast for participating.

The polls are open for voting on the matters coming before the meeting as set forth in the notice of annual meeting and proxy statement and on the agenda for this meeting. The rules of conduct that we will follow for this meeting are set forth on the reverse side of the agenda.
