Good morning, everyone, and (foreign language). Sorry for the slight delay. Welcome to the 2022 Toromont Industries Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders, which I call to order. My name is Richard Roy, Chair of the Board of Directors and a fellow shareholder. Scott Medhurst will step into perform my role in the event of a technical malfunction.

I will open today with our safety message. Today is the National Day of Mourning across Canada.
