I am very excited about the opportunity ahead. Our people, our technology are best-in-class, and I am very excited to lead this company and take it forward to the next level. We appreciate all of your attendance, your interest, and most importantly, your support of Synaptics. I would like to introduce the directors of Synaptics who are in attendance today. Welcome Nelson Chan, our Executive Chairman; Jeff Buchanan, Francis Lee and Dick Sanquini.

The Synaptics' executives who are in attendance are Dean Butler, our Chief Financial Officer; and John McFarland, our Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, who will serve as secretary for the meeting.
