Good afternoon, everybody. I'd like to introduce Jim Landers, VP of Corporate Finance at RPC. RPC provides a broad a range of specialized oilfield services and equipment primarily to the oil and gas industry throughout the U.S. and selected international markets. Jim joined RPC in 2001. He was previously the Director of M&A at Primis and Director of Finance at Norrell Corporation.
