Good morning and welcome to Clearway Energy, Inc.'s 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. It's 9 a.m. Eastern time, and it's time to call the meeting to order.

I'm Jonathan Bram, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, and I want to thank you for investing in Clearway Energy and taking the time to join this Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
