Good morning. I am Ed Glotzbach, Chair of the Board of Spire. And on behalf of my fellow Board members and all the employees of Spire, we welcome you to our Annual Shareholder Meeting.

At Spire, we are committed to providing safe, reliable, and cost-effective natural gas service. This past year, we have continued to successfully address a myriad of challenges. Through it all though, our business has continued to deliver on our promises. You can read more about the events of fiscal 2021 and your company's financial and operational performance in our annual report.

Before we start our meeting, for our safety minute, I would like to remind you to plan ahead for unpredictable weather. From Winter Storm Uri last February to the massive tornadoes in December to the early January snowstorms that trapped motorists on the interstate, we have seen the power of weather to impact lives. These events can serve as a reminder for us to pay attention to weather forecast, advisories, and warnings, and to keep emergency supplies on hand at home and in our vehicles.
