Thank you, Juan, and good morning, everybody. Thanks for joining us. I'm joined by Bill Floydd, who's our CFO, appointed at the start of January. Bill joined us from the Rank organization. Lars Anders Romberg, our former CFO will be retiring at the end of February and Bill and Anders are working at transition over the next couple of months and also Caroline Browne, who's our Finance Director.
