So hello, everybody. And welcome to Phoenix Copper Limited. We are an emerging producer of copper, gold, and silver in the USA. I'm going to skip through the disclaimer, give you a quick overview of the company.
So we are focused on Idaho. We're developing the past-producing high-grade Empire copper mine. This was an underground mine with head grades of some 6% to 8% copper, which closed when the workforce was conscripted into World War II. We are in a prolific mineralized district. Empire is the epicenter of three mineralized faults and Bingham Canyon. The massive copper mine is only a four-hour drive to the south of us.
We are initially targeting a simple open pit mine above the historic deposit. Production late next year to produce copper and zinc, and then gold and silver. This will generate cash, finance ongoing exploration and development of the greater war system.
CapEx will be in the region of $50 million. We anticipate net revenue of some $800 million over an initial 10-year operating life. EBITDA, some $310 million, and
