So maybe just to start, you can give us a little bit of background on LiveOne and how you got to where you are today?

Yes. Sure. So LiveOne, I started 2016, took public in 2017, end of '17 and immediately started to build a moat around the music subscription world. What we did is we acquired Slacker Radio, then we acquired PodcastOne, then we built a pay-per-view business. And we basically built a flywheel that gave the most unique opportunity for consumers to be able to absorb music.
