I'm Suzanne Sitherwood, I'm the CEO and President of Spire. And of course, our statements. I just I really want to start with this slide and give you a little bit of background. Most of you know, I think then I know so many of you in the room by the way, but most of you know that I'm retiring at the end of this year. And it's a joy for me and a lot of ways because simply, I have 11 grandkids that are scattered all over the world.

My husband travels internationally for fun. It's a great gig if you can get it, but I'm not able to go with him these times and we're sort of getting at this stage. I better get with it. Plus we have other fun things we want to do and so forth. I just wanted to say it's been a real pleasure to be in this industry, and it's a lot about the people. It's the people that I work with. It's about the people and channel of our business that I work with the governors and other political people, and the bankers mean that investors and the analyst, it's just a real pleasure to be in this industry.
