Great. Good morning. Welcome to our next session. I'm really happy to have the team from Sprout Social on. I initiated coverage only a few months ago, but I'm very excited about it, and I hope I can get out of the management team why that is. Justyn and team, like, hey, good to have you on.
Maybe let's start with what was the main idea when you started Sprout Social a few years back?
Sure. Yes. Happy to be here, and thanks. So the premise initially, and this goes back to 2009 when we really started thinking hard about this idea, was that social media was going to transform, not just the way that us as individuals communicate, but really create this interesting opportunity in the way that brands and consumers communicate. And at the time, there were a handful of brands that were kind of dipping their toes in, but the technology that existed just wasn't there. Everything was aimed at consumers, and businesses
