Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I am Fady Boctor, President and Chief Commercial Officer of Petros Pharmaceuticals, Incorporated. I welcome you to our annual meeting of stockholders.
I'd like to start by introducing the Directors and officers of the company. Mr. John D. Schulman, Executive Chairman of the Board; Mr. Joshua N. Silverman, Vice-Chairman of the Board; Mr. Bruce T. Bernstein, Director; Mr. Gregory Bradley, Director; Mr. Wayne R. Walker, Director; Mr. Mitchell Arnold, Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer.
I will conduct and act as Chairman of this meeting. Mr. Mitchell Arnold will act as Secretary of the meeting. I hereby call the meeting to order.
Mr. [Francis H. Bird] has been appointed as the Inspector of Election. The Inspector of Election has taken and signed an oath of office, and the Secretary has been instructed to file this signed oath of the Inspector of Election with the records of the meeting.
