Welcome to this fascinating afternoon we're going to have afternoon. Afternoon local time, yes, I know. We are doing the 26 addition of the hotel Market Day at Pandox. Number 26, Isn't that amazing?

That, friends, entitles me to say that this is a sustainable event to trust, I think so. We're about 600 people to attend this, most of them online, and we have a great crowd present live as well.
