Good morning. Welcome to the 2023 Special Meeting of Stockholders of Pharmacy Biotech, Inc.
I'm Joshua N. Silverman, Interim Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer and Interim President of the Company. And it's my pleasure to welcome all. To 11 a.m. Eastern and in accordance with the notice of the meeting, I call to order the 2023 Special Meeting Stockholders of Pharmacy Biotech, Inc.
