Good morning, everyone, and welcome also on my behalf to this press conference. I'm happy to present Frank Vang-Jensen, the new President and Group CEO of Nordea today.

Now Frank, I think, represents the best of both an internal and an external appointment. Internal, in that he's been with the company since 2017, that he knows the business, he knows the organization and he also knows the challenges. He will be able to start finalizing the business plan that we've been working on immediately. And he's internal also with respect that he doesn't start in 2020, he doesn't start late this autumn. But he starts here now this morning, just as we speak.
